Definitions: The average number of deaths among teens between age 15 and 19 per 100,000 population in this age group. Rates are presented as a three-year average.

Deaths = Number of deaths among teens age 15 to 19 over the three-year period.
Population = Total number of teens age 15- to 19-years-old for the three-year period.

Rate=[Deaths / Population]*100000.
