Definitions: Number of students who are eligible for the free or reduced-price meals program during a school year. Rate is the percentage of net enrollment. Beginning 2015-16, only students who are directly certified  (Direct Certification, Homeless, Migrant and Runaway) will be considered part of the Economically Disadvantaged subgroup students. These students are eligible to receive free meals without an application. Rate in this case, is the percentage of Average Daily Membership.
