Definitions: This indicator describes population by age group using the Small Area Demographic Estimates (SADE) methodology. Age is divided into the following groups: 0-4 years, 5-9 years, 10-14 years, 15-17 years, 18-24 years, 25-65 years and 65 years and over. 

Data Source: The data used for this measure come from the Washington State Office of Financial Management (OFM), Estimates of April 1 Population. Data were retrieved on June 21, 2017. Data can be found here: http://www.ofm.wa.gov/pop/asr/default.asp
