Definitions: Percent of children under age 18 who live in households receiving TANF cash benefits.  TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families) in Vermont includes Reach Up, Reach Ahead, and Reach First.  It was formerly called ANFC, Aid to Needy Families with Children.
