Data Provided By

Definitions: Number of births to females within each age group (14 and younger, 15-17, 18-19). The percentage is calculated to show what proportion of teen births is accounted for by each age group (e.g., X% of all births to teens are accounted for by births to 18-19-year-olds).

Data Source: Bureau of Vital Statistics, Texas Department of State Health Services 

Footnotes: "LNE" indicates that the number of births in the specified age group is 1-9 or the percentage is based on a count of 1-9.
"NC" indicates that the percentage was not calculated.
 "NA" indicates there were no births in that age group.
