Definitions:
Percent of referrals to Alaska's justice system during the fiscal year for juveniles aged 10 to 17 by race. Referrals reported here are duplicate counts, which means they might include multiple referrals of the same juvenile. Duplicated counts show the overall level of reported juvenile crime.
This indicator is stratified by region.
Race is reported by the juvenile. "Other" was removed as a choice during Fiscal Year 2010.

Footnotes:
Five years of data were combined to minimize the unreliability of
measurement due to the small number of actual events. The reported
values are a moving average across five years. For example, we report
the average value across the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.
