Data Provided By

Definitions: Number of young person ages 15-17 who were diagnosed with chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis during a given calendar year. Rate is per 1,000  of same age population. County total does not include cases less than five for any category of diagnosis but state data include all cases. 

Data Source: Counts were provided by the Division of AIDS/HIV/STD, Tennessee Department of Health. The KIDS COUNT division of the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth organized the data for display.
