Definitions:
The number and percentage of children age 0 to 3 enrolled in early intervention services to reduce the effects of developmental delay, emotional disturbance, and/or chronic illness through the North Carolina Infant-Toddler Program (Unduplicated counts with Individualized Family Service Plan).
2021 is equal to FY 2020–2021.
