Definitions: Low-birthweight babies are those weighing less than 2,500 grams (about 5.5 pounds) at birth.

Calculated percentages based on very small numbers are not statistically reliable.
LNE is used for the years after 2008. They are counties with fewer than 10 low-birthweight births over the 3-year period. Starting with  2012-2014, they are counties with fewer than 12 low-birthweight births over the 3-year period.
2013-2015 percentages were calculated by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services.
