Short term suspension by race in Virginia

Definitions:

Short term suspensions are defined as removal of a student from school for 10 or fewer days in an academic school year. * fewer than or equal to 10 students were identified, data is suppressed for privacy. 

Percentage is calculated by: # of offenders with short-term suspension/# of total students in each division. The year notes the beginning of the school year.  .  For example, 2014 is the Academic Year 2014-15. James City data included in Williamsburg City data.
