Definitions:

Among 13-year-olds with two or more doses of any vaccine in CAIR. County rates are individual rates except in the cases of the following groupings: Alpine, Amador, and Calaveras; Del Norte and Humboldt; Lassen, Modoc, and Plumas; Inyo and Mono; Sierra and Yuba; Siskiyou and Trinity; Colusa, Glenn, and Tehama; and Mariposa and Tuolumne.
