Definitions:

The Virginia Kindergarten Readiness Program (VKRP) measures mathematics, self-regulation, and social skills to complement Virginia’s state-wide assessment of literacy using the Phonological Awareness Literacy Screening (PALS). This data includes the number and percent of students not meeting all benchmarks including: self-regulation, social skills, math, and PALS during the fall semester. Counts below 10 are suppressed however percent’s are still reported. James City data is included in Williamsburg City data.
