Data Source: Children Now public information request to the California Department of Public Health, Center for Health Statistics, Automated Vital Statistics System.

The annual dental visit includes the percentage and number of members, with 90 days continuous eligibility in the FFS delivery system, who received at least one dental visit within a given calendar year. Included in the selected years is the denominator 11 of 12 months of eligibility with no more than one month gap. Data requested June 2016.
