Definitions: Number of youth between ages 15-19 who died from accidents, suicides, or homicides in a given year. Rate is per 100,000 same age population. 

Data Source: Data were collected from the  Division of Population Health Assessment, Tennessee Department of Health . The KIDS COUNT division of the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth organized data.
