The denominator for the percentage is total deaths in respective geographic areas.

Data Source: North Dakota Department of Health, Division of Vital Records.

Footnotes: GEOGRAPHY - Data are reported by the child’s place of residence rather than the location of death. DATE - Calendar Year (January 1 - December 31). LIMITATIONS - Data are not reported for geographies where the number of child deaths is five or less. In these cases, "LNE" is indicated for Low Number Events.
