Calculated rates based on very small numbers are not statistically reliable.
LNE is used for the years after 2008. They are counties with fewer than 10 low-birthweight births over the 3-year period. Starting with  2012-2014, they are counties with fewer than 12 low-birthweight births over the 3-year period.
2013-2015 rates were calculated by the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services.
