Footnotes: The estimates use a model that incorporates information on natural changes such as births and deaths and net migration. Estimates are as of July 1st each year for the state of Michigan and all counties. Prior year’s estimates are not updated.  For the cities of Detroit and Flint, single-year data from the American Community Survey are used.
