Definitions: Number of deaths per 1,000 infants. The current rate represents the number of deaths per 1,000 for the calendar year of 2010.

Definitions: The percent of public elementary schools that offer pre-kindergarten or four-year-old at-risk program in the beginning of the academic year, excluding elementary school with only special education programs.
