Definitions: The percentage of kindergartners who received all recommended immunizations by age two years of the 4:3:1:3:3 (DTP, Poliovirus, MMR, Hepatitis B, and Haemophilus Influenzae B). Data are from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and are based on a retrospective survey of immunization certificates conducted each fall at the time of enrollment in kindergarten. The current rate is for the 2007-2008 academic year.  The trend represents the most recent four years.
