Data Source: Counts were supplied by the Tennessee Department of Human Services. Population data came from the Tennessee Department of Health, Office of Policy Planning and Assessment, Division of Health Statistics. The KIDS COUNT division of the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth calculated rate.
