Footnotes: The Youth Risk Behavior Survey was completed by 1,493 students in 53 public high schools in New Hampshire during the spring of 2009. The school response percent was 78%; the student response percent was 83%. The results are weighted and are representative of all New Hampshire students in grades 9-12.
