Kids Count Data Center

Definitions: The share of children under age 18 whose resident parents are in the civilian labor force by children in foreign-born or US-born families. For children living in a married-couple family or subfamily, this means that both parents are in the labor force. For children living in a single-parent family or subfamily, this means the resident parent is in the labor force.
