4:3:1:3:3:1 Series Coverage is four or more doses of diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and pertussis (DTP) vaccine, three or more doses of poliovirus vaccine, one ore more doses of measles-containing vaccine, plus three or more doses of Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) vaccine, three or more doses of hepatitis B vaccine (HepB), one or more doses of varicella vaccine.
