Data Book


Add data to your website, desktop, or blog with the KIDS COUNT web widget. The widget provides state rankings for overall child well-being and state data on the status of children for 10 key indicators included in the 2011 KIDS COUNT Data Book. You may customize the widget to display data for any state or indicator. The process of customization is very simple:

1. Browse

Select a state and an indicator of child well-being. Then scroll through indicators or change your geography. Results show state vs. national data and percent change over time.

2. Grab

Once the widget displays the data as you want it to appear on your site, select "Submit". Then select "Put this on your website." Then select "copy code". The HTML code will automatically be copied to your clipboard.

3. Paste

Paste the code into your site's HTML code, and the widget will appear just as you customized it.
